The design thinking process has been one of the most helpful and interesting concepts I have learned thus far in the Hatchery. Throughout the development of our project the design thinking process has been extremely helpful, in the sense that if we ever feel stuck and we don’t know what are the next steps, we can always go back to take a look at it and we decide how far back we need to go in order to be able to move forward.

Specifically, we applied the design thinking process, after we created our first prototype and based on the feedback we received, we decided to go all the way back to the empathy interviews again and then from there we were able to create a new prototype, which was a completely different solution than the original envisioned solution. Once we created this new prototype, we were able to test it and get even further feedback, which takes to the stage in which we are currently, modifying the prototype.
