Being a part of the Hatchery cohort is like saying yes to any opportunity that heads your way. You are not sure what you are doing, or what you will be doing the next day, but when you come to trust the process you look back to see how much you have done, especially in such a short amount of time. I have had experience with design thinking, and was even successful with it, but never have I seen results in such a short period of time.

With the current flow of work, patience has been a big focus for me. Thankfully, my mentors have enlightened the process in ways I could not have imagined. When working on relevant problems, patience decides whether a solution will soar above expectations, or crash from oversights. So far, Hatchery has been exactly what I expected. A hard working environment with similar but different minds. I know that this program will be crucial to helping me achieve the goals I have set out in front of me. One day I hope to make a change that will permeate the minds of everyone it touches.
